Community Day Vendor/Exhibitor Information

Table / Space Info

SAVE YOUR SPACE: Sign-up is on a first come first serve basis. Your space is not guaranteed until we receive your payment. Each Vendor/Exhibitor & Food Truck Vendor Space is a 10’ x 20” area. The fee does not include a tent, table, or chairs. Vendor Exhibitors are responsible for setup and teardown of the assigned space.

PLEASE NOTE: Vendor Contract and Certificate of Insurance for all food trucks & food vendors must be submitted prior to event.

Community Day Exhibitor Time Period: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION DEADLINE: APRIL 30, 2025.
