Serve on the Board

The Monroeville Foundation is seeking board members who will contribute their expertise, relationships, and leadership to strengthen the Foundation, support fundraising, and help implement our strategic plan.

We welcome candidates with expertise in one or more of the following areas:

• Fundraising and donor development
• Strategic planning and implementation
• Legal and nonprofit governance
• Finance, Budget, and Accounting
• Grant writing and management
• Secretarial and administrative leadership
• Marketing, communications, and social media
• Technology and digital operations
• Community partnerships and outreach

Candidates should have strong technology skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite. Board members are expected to attend monthly meetings on Mondays from 5–7 p.m. In-person attendance is preferred and expected whenever possible, with a remote option available as needed. Rare, occasional special meetings may also be required.
